Warranty Policy

At Concept Garage, we stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. We offer the following limited warranty on all professionally installed vehicle wraps.

Warranty Coverage Period

• Hood, Roof & Trunk: 2-Year Limited Warranty

• Vehicle Sides (Doors, Quarter Panels, Fenders): 3-Year Limited Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date of installation completion.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

• Material defects (manufacturer related failure of vinyl)

• Installation defects (lifting, bubbling, peeling caused by improper installation)

• Premature cracking or fading under normal conditions

• Adhesive failure not caused by misuse or external damage

All covered repairs will be evaluated and repaired or replaced at the discretion of [Your Shop Name] at no additional cost for labor or materials within the warranty period.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents, collisions, or vandalism

• Rock chips, road debris, or abrasion

• Improper care or maintenance

• Automatic car washes, pressure washing, or harsh chemicals

• Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or industrial fall-out

• Improper removal by anyone other than Concept Garage

• Neglect, abuse, or misuse

• Prior body damage, rust, repainted, or non-factory paint surfaces

• Normal aging, minor surface scratches, or expected cosmetic wear

Color change over time due to sun exposure is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.

Customer Care Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:

• Hand wash only using mild soap

• Avoid automatic brushes and high-pressure wash areas

• Avoid parking under heavy tree sap, sprinklers, or direct long term sun exposure when possible

• Wait at least 72 hours after installation before washing the vehicle

Failure to follow proper care guidelines may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact us immediately upon noticing an issue

2. Provide original invoice and installation date

3. Bring the vehicle in for inspection

4. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

Warranty does not include compensation for downtime, rental vehicles, or lost business.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser listed on the invoice.

Limitation of Liability

Concept Garage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original cost of the wrap installation.
