By accessing this website, requesting services, or making a purchase from Concept Garage, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide custom vehicle wraps, printed vinyl products, design services, installation labor, and related products. All custom work is produced specifically for each customer and vehicle.

2. Orders & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to begin design, printing, or installation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is required before vehicle release or product shipment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Design Approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before printing.

  • Once approved, designs cannot be changed without additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, color variation, or layout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of printed wraps and labor, all sales are final once printing or installation has begun.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion in place of refunds.

5. Vehicle Condition & Installation

  • Customers must disclose any previous paintwork, wraps, damage, or coatings.

  • We are not responsible for damage to non-factory paint, repainted surfaces, rust, or existing defects.

  • Vinyl removal may cause paint damage, especially on older or repainted vehicles.

6. Warranty

  • Warranty coverage is limited and subject to our Warranty Policy.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, improper care, or environmental damage.

7. Shipping

  • Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and content created by Concept Garage remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without permission.

9. Customer-Provided Content

  • Customers confirm they own or have permission to use any logos, images, or trademarks provided.

  • Customers agree to hold Concept Garage harmless from any claims related to customer-supplied content.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, material shortages, equipment failure, or carrier delays.

12. Media & Marketing

Unless requested otherwise in writing, customers grants us permission to photograph and use completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
