
Refund, Cancellation & Store Credit Policy
At Concept Garage, all wraps are custom printed and built specifically for each vehicle. Because of the custom nature of our products and services, our refund policy is structured as follows:
Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any design, printing, or production work.

Deposits cover design time, file preparation, and material allocation.

Once printing has begun, no portion of the deposit is refundable.

Full payment must be completed before vehicle pick up.
Design Approval

Customers are responsible for final design approval prior to printing.

Once the design is approved and sent to print:

No refunds, changes, or cancellations are permitted.

Any reprints due to customer requested changes will be at the customer’s expense.

Cancellations Before Printing

If a project is canceled before printing begins, a partial refund may be issued minus any design, labor, or administrative fees incurred.

Refund amount will be determined by Concept Garage based on work already completed.
Printed Materials

All printed vinyl is non-refundable once produced, due to being custom made for each vehicle.

Printed material that is approved but unused due to customer cancellation will not be refunded.
Installation Labor

Installation labor is non-refundable once services have been performed.

If installation has begun and the customer chooses to cancel:

The customer is responsible for all labor completed to date.

Any remaining balance may be converted into store credit at our discretion.

Defects & Shop Errors
Refunds or reprints may be offered only in cases of:

Verified printing defects

Confirmed installation errors caused by Concept Garage
In these situations, our responsibility is limited to repair, reprint, or replacement, not cash refund.
Store Credit Solution (Customer-Friendly Option)
In situations where a cash refund is not possible, store credit may be issued:

Valid for future wraps, reprints, or services

Non-transferable
-
No cash value
-
Must be used within 12 months of issue date
Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Refunds will not be issued for:

Poor vehicle paint condition discovered after scheduling

Peeling, rust, repainting, or prior body damage that affects vinyl adhesion
-
Damage caused during removal of previous wraps or coatings
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact Concept Garage directly to resolve any issues before initiating chargebacks.

Fraudulent chargebacks after signed design approval and installation will be disputed with supporting documentation.
Final Sale Acknowledgement
By submitting payment and approving the design, the customer acknowledges that:

All printed wraps are custom products

Installation is a non-refundable service
-
Refunds are limited to what is specifically outlined in this policy
