At Concept Garage, we take pride in carefully producing and packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

  • All products are made to order.

  • Processing time begins after payment is received and artwork is approved (if applicable).

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on product type and order volume.

  • Custom printed wraps may require additional production time.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Shipping method selection and costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the packaging and product

  3. Keep all original packaging for carrier claims

We will assist with filing a claim but are not responsible for carrier damage or loss.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Local Pickup (If Available)

  • Local pickup options may be available by appointment.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain oversized wrap shipments may require freight shipping.

  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods for safety and efficiency.
